Sebastián Bahamondes Naranjo

Sebastián Bahamondes Naranjo is a MSc in Theoretical Physics and a dual BSc in Physics and Mathematics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in Chile. His main area of research is devoted to AdS/CFT holography applied to Condensed Matter Theory in the strong coupling limit (AdS/CMT). His academic output includes publications on the holographic modeling of strongly interacting anisotropic semi-Dirac semimetals and fluids using black hole physics, as well as ongoing work on computational simulation of single photon emitters in two-dimensional graphene-like systems. Beyond his current academic life at Universidad Católica, he is interested in the quantum-mechanical and statistical modeling of LLMs, to provide a better understanding of the emergent thermodynamics-like laws of neural networks.
